ERA Communications works with a network of highly talented individuals.  We assemble account teams of professionals with the expertise needed to meet each individual client’s needs.  Our approach gives clients the A-team they deserve:

STEP ONE: Let’s Talk Story

We take pride in our ability to produce results with aloha and leave the “corporateness” to the other agencies. Our first step in working together is a “Talk Story” session.  This meeting allows us to learn about your company, your needs, goals, objectives, previous marketing and public relations campaigns, and budget.  It is during this time that we will introduce our capabilities, detail our experiences and develop insight as to how ERA Communications can work with your company.

STEP TWO: Proposal Time

Once we have done thorough fact finding we will present a proposal. All of our proposals are action-oriented and pro-active.  Each proposal takes an integrated communications approach that maximizes client budgets by integrating appropriate public relations, marketing and Web 2.0 strategies.  Every proposal provides a general timeline for the on-set of initiatives as well as reasoning for our recommendations. 

STEP THREE:  Determine Client Preference

ERA Communications works with clients on either a monthly flat-fee basis or hourly rate, depending on the nature of the project and client preference.  ERA Communications’ services will be charged at an agreed-to hourly rate.  We work with clients to determine the best approach.

STEP FOUR:  Lets Get Started

Once we have determined that we are your agency of record we immediately begin to implement the agreed upon communication plan.  We keep the lines of communication open and provide formal and informal activity reports regarding all initiated activities.  In addition, as the communication plan is executed ERA Communications initiates an internal plan review to ensure that maximum results are being realized.
